A luxurious 11,000 square foot refurbishment and fit-out project.
Scope included installation of a basement, swimming pool complex, gym, spa, library, wine cellar, cinema room and beautifully landscaped gardens.
HRP provided Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Contract Administration throughout the process.
